PORTER PARK CABIN

To book the cabin the full rental fee and deposit is required. The rental fee is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation, however the $75 deposit will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Village Hall accepts checks, cash and credit cards for payment. Renters paying by check are required to pay with two separate checks. One for the amount of the rental and the other the deposit amount. Alcoholic beverages and smoking is prohibited in the cabin.
The cabin has a handicap accessible ramp at the front entrance of the building. The main floor seating area is 22’x32′ where you’ll find twelve 6′ folding tables and 65 folding chairs that are stacked on rolling racks. Maximum capacity is 60 people. You are responsible for the set up and take down of tables and chairs. The cabin has heat in the colder months and air conditioning in the warmer months. There are two bathrooms on the main floor.
We ask that you return the key the next business day following your event. Once we’ve received your key and the cabin inspection is clear, your $75 deposit will be mailed to you shortly thereafter.
• Resident of the Village of Roscoe is $175 with a $75 deposit.
• Non-resident of the Village of Roscoe is $350 with a $75 deposit.
LELAND PARK PAVILION

The rental fee for a Village of Roscoe resident is $25 and for a non-resident is $50. The completed rental form will serve as your permit which you’ll need to bring with you on the day of your event.
The public bathrooms are unlocked and available for use. The electricity and outdoor water usage is no longer available for use at the pavilions.
If alcohol is going to be consumed at the event an Alcohol Permit application must be completed and approved by the local Liquor Commissioner. Consumption of beer and wine only will be permitted in the shelter area only. Effective January 1, 2020 alcohol will no longer be permitted at park rental facilities.
