Parks Rental Information
For any questions regarding the rental of the cabin or the pavilion at Leland Park, please call the Village Hall at 815-623-2829 and ask for Nancy between 8:30 am & 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
PORTER PARK CABIN

• Rental fee for a resident of the Village of Roscoe is $175 with a $75 deposit.
• Rental fee for a non-resident of the Village of Roscoe is $350 with a $75 deposit.
Cabin Rental Information: If the cabin is available on your requested date, in order to reserve the cabin you will need to pay the rental fee and deposit fee. A copy of your rental form will serve as your “permit” which you’ll need to have with you on the day of your event. We ask that you return the key the next business day following your event. Once we’ve received your key and the cabin inspection is clear, your $75 deposit will be mailed to you shortly thereafter.
For both resident and non-resident your completed rental form and payment of rental fee AND the $75 deposit are required to reserve the cabin. After your event if the cabin is found to be clean, no damages found and you’ve returned the key to Village Hall; your $75 deposit will be returned to you in the mail.

LELAND PARK PAVILION

The rental fee for a Village of Roscoe resident is $25 and for a non-resident is $50. The completed rental form will serve as your permit which you’ll need to bring with you on the day of your event.
The public bathrooms are unlocked and available for use. The electricity and outdoor water usage is no longer available for use at the pavilions. If alcohol is going to be consumed at the event an Alcohol Permit application must be completed and approved by the local Liquor Commissioner. For the alcohol permit application click here. Consumption of beer and wine only will be permitted in the shelter area only.
