Roscoe residents Tyler and Christine King will be at Village Hall with their new food truck, “The Vice,” featuring island-style cuisine this Friday from 11-4. Make plans to join us for lunch and support your Roscoe neighbors.
Tyler and Christine moved from Oregon to Roscoe in May 2020. When they moved, a lot of places were closed down, and they really missed their island food, so they learned how to make it themselves. Now they want to share it with all their neighbors. Their favorites are the Teriyaki Beef Plate and the Aloha Burger, but you can’t go wrong with any dish. Besides starting a new food truck, they have been busy exploring Roscoe with their two sons, Gavin and Brent, and their two dogs, Oy and Mac. If you can’t make it Friday, you can find them at Crazy Llama Brewing on November 11th, offering $2 off a plate for Veterans and Active Duty Military, or at Rockton Food & Spirits on November 12th.
