The Planning & Zoning Department assists developers, businesses, and residents through the Village's review and permit processes regarding zoning, architectural and landscape design for developments, multi-family homes, single-family homes, businesses, accessory buildings (sheds, decks pools, etc.) as well as business signage needs.
