Overview
Roscoe, Illinois is situated in Northern Winnebago County, just south of the Wisconsin border. One of the strongest pulls for residency is its excellent school systems. As a result Roscoe has the highest percentage of married couple households with children (36.8%) in Winnebago County. Roscoe also has the highest percent of owner occupied housing (84.6%) and largest average household size (2.93). With over 18,500 households within a 5-mile radius of Roscoe the potential for retail and service businesses is outstanding.
A steadily increasing number of businesses are being established in the Roscoe area to provide needed products and services for the growing population of Northeastern Winnebago County. Opportunity for employment and new business development exists in Roscoe due to its continuing growth.

Roscoe Shopping Center
Roscoe Shopping Center is a 65,927 square foot retail complex. The center offers excellent visibility and is just off the signalize intersection of Elevator Road and Highway 251. Roscoe Shopping Center features space from approximately 1,200 to 17,600 square feet. It is comprised of three separate buildings and ample parking. A 1.17 acre plot of undeveloped land directly on Elevator Road is available for development.
Tenants include: Dollar General, True Value Hardware, Edward Jones Investments, Video Outlet, Dairy Queen, Whitehead Realtors, Drive Right School of Driving, and more. Main Street Square
Located just off Highway 251 at Williams Drive, Main Street Square offers shopping, dining and professional offices. This upscale shopping venue offers specialty stores such as Main Street Meats, Nutrition Works, Too-Purse-N-All, and Midwest Wireless. Dining options include Meg’s Daily Grind and Sabrossa. Professional service firms such as Seipert & Co, LLP; Sylvan Learning Center and Gateway Bank are tenants at Main Street Square. The Roscoe Area Chamber of Commerce offices are also located at Main Street Square.

Hilander Village Center
Hilander Village is a 125,623 square-foot neighborhood center located on Hononegah Road in Roscoe.
