We are currently seeking a visionary leader to join the team as we plan for a dynamic future. The Village Administrator will report directly to the Village President and Board of Trustees.
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, or related fields (Master's Degree preferred), with at least three to five years of progressively responsible municipal management as a village administrator or five years as an assistant administrator in a full service community.
Qualified candidates must possess the ability to build positive relationships with all community stakeholders and other government bodies; have a proven ability to analyze issues and recommend actions; experience in budget/financial management, and economic and residential development. Excellent organizational, communication, motivating leadership, and interpersonal skills are required. Residency is strongly preferred. Starting salary is dependent on qualifications.
