Dear Resident,

The purpose of this survey is to collect information that will assist the Village of Roscoe in planning for your needs and interests at a new 37 acre community park. The proposed park parcel is located near Cedarbrook Road and Rollingsford Lane. There is a location map included in the survey that follows. Citizen input is an important component to the planning of this project. The goal of this survey is to provide an opportunity for residents to share their feelings regarding the development of the future park. It is more than likely that this project will take several years to complete. For example, the outdoor pool or Community Center could become a reality in future phases. However, your participation in this survey is extremely important. Please complete the entire questionnaire, responding to all sections of the survey including the open-ended questions.

The information we obtain from this survey will be used for feedback to develop the park. Your responses will be treated in a confidential manner. The summarized data will be presented at a future public meeting for this project. Please complete the survey and return it within 10 days of receipt. We have enclosed a self addressed stamped envelope for your convenience.
